Feature Request: Default Project path to be configureable

Greetings,

On the usability side of things it would be nice to have a setting to be able to configure the default save/load directory to be something other than the program start folder (which is normally C:\Program Files\PHOENIXstudios\PC_DIMMER or some variant).

Just more of a convenience thing.
