Guten Tag! Ich habe 2 Dimmer Bord gesammelt und haben ein Problem. Wenn Sie den Dimmer drehen ins Netz bekomme ich eine schnell blinkende LEDs und jeweils zwei Dimmer funktionieren nicht. Aber wenn ich den Stecker drehen ins Netz, als das Board beginnt um richtig zu arbeiten.
Es kann sich auf die Position der Stecker in die Buchse an der Bedienung des Gerätes?Und gibt es einen Weg, um mit diesem Problem umzugehen.
PS Ich schreibe, um Sie über ein Online-Übersetzer aus dem Russischen ins Deutsche, als Ich weiß nicht, Deutsch.

Well, it sounds like a problem with the Zero-Crossing-Detection of your board. Did you used the same circuit, as mentioned on the PC_DIMMER website, or did you use a different type of Zero-Crossing-Detection?
Maybe, some tracks are not connected on the PCB (the board)?
Could you post some pictures of this part of the PCB?

hmm, everything seems to be well soldered and you've corrected my mistake with R101.
Maybe there is a problem with the capacitor C106. Try without it or reduce its value. Sometimes a too high value of capacitance can disturb the Zero-Crossing-Signal. The 100pF are at the end of my recommended value. But anyway, I do not have an explanation, why this would have an effect on the order of the two 230V inputs.
I will think about this problem.

I first tried it without the capacitor C106. The result is the same. Today I tested it a few times dimmer. And get different results, although no board action has been taken, just at different times included in the grid. Sometimes the device worked steadily at any position plug. At other times, only at a certain. I have a suspicion that this is due to some sort of noise in the network, or the network voltage asymmetry. But how to deal with it I do not know.

good day! the weekend continued testing dimmer. Found that in daylight dimmer works fine, but the problem starts in the evening. In this case, the utility voltage is 205 volts, in the afternoon about 215. I thought maybe I should reduce the value of the resistor R101 (47kOm)?
